Here is what to expect once you place an order with PetsPash.

Delivery areas

We currently deliver to the pincodes serviceable from our Gurugram and Bhiwadi stores; you can check whether your pincode is serviceable at checkout.

Delivery time

Most orders are delivered within 1-4 business days of confirmation, depending on your location and product availability. Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and on your order confirmation.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay, and may be waived above a minimum order value.

Order tracking

You can track your order from My Orders in the app or website once it has been shipped.

Delays

Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to weather, local restrictions, or courier disruptions. We will notify you if your order is significantly delayed.
