Pets Pash was created with a simple belief:
When you love your pet, you want the very best for them.
The connection between a pet and its human is something that can’t really be explained. They become part of our routines, our homes and our families.
That understanding has always been at the heart of Pets Pash.
And some of that story lives through the characters who represent our brand.
Behind every happy pet, there’s a story.
Meet the heart of Pets Pash — the real and mascot pets who inspire everything we do, every single day.
The One Who Started It All
Max is more than just the face of a Golden Retriever in our brand.
Max was once a real pet and a much-loved companion of the owner.
Living with Max gave us a first-hand understanding of what it means to care for a pet — from choosing the right food and treats to finding toys, accessories and everyday essentials that make their lives happier.
Max represents the beginning of the Pets Pash story:
Love first. Everything else follows. The Gentle Companion
Maya, our beautiful Persian cat, also has a special place in the Pets Pash story.
Maya was once a real pet and companion of the owner, bringing a completely different perspective on the relationship between humans and pets.
Cats have their own personalities, habits and needs — and Maya became a reminder that every pet is different and deserves care that is right for them.
Maya represents the quiet, independent and affectionate side of the pet world.
Every pet has a personality. Every pet deserves to be understood.
The Happy One
Biscuit, our lovable French Bulldog, brings the fun, energy and mischief that make life with pets so special.
Unlike Max and Maya, Biscuit is part of the Pets Pash brand family and mascot world, created to represent the playful side of our pets.
Biscuit reminds us that pet parenting isn’t only about responsibility. It’s also about:
play laughter companionship happinessThe One Who Knows It All
Meet Professor PP — our red-and-blue Macaw with his signature spectacles.
Professor PP represents the curious and knowledgeable side of Pets Pash.
From birds and aquatics to dogs, cats and small pets, there’s always something new to learn about caring for our companions.
With his little spectacles and big personality, Professor PP is here to remind us:
The more we know, the better we can care.
Max, Maya, Biscuit and Professor PP may each represent a different side of Pets Pash, but together they represent something much bigger.
The bond between pets and people.
