By visiting, registering on, or placing an order through the PetsPash website or app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You are responsible for keeping your login details and WhatsApp OTP codes confidential, and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate name, phone, e-mail and address details.

We try to show accurate descriptions, images and prices, but errors can occur. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated. If a product is listed at a wrong price or is out of stock, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

An order is confirmed once payment is received (or, for Cash on Delivery, once it is accepted). We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery where available); payments are processed by secure third-party gateways and we do not store your card details.

We deliver to the serviceable pincodes shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays or events outside our control. Please check your parcel on delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.

You can cancel an order before it is shipped. See our Return & Exchange Policy page for the current return window and conditions. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Reward points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may expire as stated in the offer. Coupons and discounts are subject to their own conditions, and we may change or withdraw them at any time.
